NECK PAIN

Neck pain is the fourth leading cause of disability, and in half the cases it can lead to prolonged discomfort. Neck pain might be simply due to poor posture or strain, such as sitting at a computer all day long.

Pain, stiffness, numbness in the arms/ hands, and headaches are common symptoms.  Chronic stress can lead to discomfort and tightness in your muscles, especially if you have poor postural habits.

If left untreated, the symptoms typically get worse until the pain becomes unbearable or you get tired of being in constant pain.
