LEG, KNEE & ANKLE

Considered as one of the most stressed joints in the human body, the knee is a very complex structure that consists of cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels.

Much like other joints in the body, knee issues begin with improper muscle balance and joint alignment issues.  Certain muscles need to be stretched while others need strengthening to allow for proper joint alignment.

If left untreated, painful joint degeneration will occur and weight distribution will not be where it should be.  Ankle and knee alignment directly affect pelvic alignment which is the foundation of the entire spine.
